PTACs are commonly installed in hotels, housing facilities, hospitals, and classrooms, providing fast cooling and heating through heat pumps and back up heat strips. With the C&H App, you can control your unit remotely from anywhere. The exclusive remote controller included with your unit allows for more specific temperature control.

Optional accessories are available for your PTAC Unit (purchased separately). The Cooper&Hunter Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner and Heater (SKU: CH-PTW-12HPGF) has a cooling capacity of 12,000/11,800 BTU/h, heating capacity of 10,800/10,500 BTU/h, and a 3.5 kW electric heater with 10,900/8,900 BTU/h. It is perfect for residential, commercial, or hotel use.

This system is designed for 230/208V, 1Ph, 60Hz, and uses R-32 refrigerant. It comes with a 20A power plug with a reset breaker – please ensure you have the right receptacle before placing your order. For new installations, a wall sleeve and exterior grille are required but not included and must be purchased separately.

The Heating and Cooling PTHP Unit can be controlled via the standard digital push button control panel with LED display, the included remote controller, or a compatible wireless smartphone device. Due to its size and weight, the system is palletized and shipped with arranged freight delivery. A delivery appointment is required, so please verify your contact details before ordering.
