The LINE SET is not included and must be purchased separately. The BTUs per square foot for different models are as follows: 9,000 BTU - for areas ranging from 300 to 500 square feet, 12,000 BTU - for areas ranging from 400 to 650 square feet, 18,000 BTU - for areas ranging from 600 to 1,000 square feet, 24,000 BTU - for areas ranging from 800 to 1,300 square feet, 30,000 BTU - for areas ranging from 1,000 to 1,650 square feet, 36,000 BTU - for areas ranging from 1,200 to 2,000 square feet, and 42,000 BTU - for areas ranging from 1,400 to 2,300 square feet.

The GREE Multi21+ CEILING CASSETTE System features Gree's G10 inverter-driven compressor and uses R410A refrigerant. These units are capable of heating and cooling multiple zones without the need for distribution boxes. The G10 inverter technology helps save energy, reduces outdoor noise, and maintains a consistent room temperature by eliminating the abrupt starts and stops of conventional systems. The Ceiling Cassette units from Gree provide quiet performance through innovative design.

The Gree Ceiling Cassette is suitable for any room and can be easily installed in suspended ceilings with only a discreet decorative discharge grille visible. It features 4-way Discharge Air, Multi Speed Fan, Remote Handle Lockout, Swing Louver, Cleanable Air Filter, Fresh Air Intake (24K model only), and a Decorative Discharge Air Grille (sold separately). It comes with IR Remote and XK - 19 Wired Controllers, along with Power Failure Recovery and an Internal Condensate Drain Pump.

Please Note: Mini Split Systems must be installed by a State Licensed HVAC Contractor. While installation is simpler than installing a central air system, it is more complicated than installing a window unit or portable air conditioner. The manufacturer will only provide future assistance if a licensed HVAC contractor handles the installation. Although self-installation is possible, it is highly recommended to hire a professional in your area for the installation.
